After a full day of exploring your favorite WorldMark destinations, you retreat back to your resort home base and a clean, safe suite with on-site amenities that are sure to help you unwind. All these features and more are available to you through your maintenance dues.

WorldMark Vavation Starters - Maintenance Dues

Just like your home, there are costs involved in maintaining your club membership. And, your maintenance dues cover a lot, including:

  • Resort operation costs, suite upkeep, and improvements – utilities, interior and exterior maintenance, housekeeping supplies, property taxes, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
  • Suite updates and renovations – soft goods (bedding, linens, furniture, etc.) are upgraded every 3 to 4 years, and full suites (floors, kitchen, baths, appliances, etc.) are renovated every 5 to 7 years.
  • Reserve funds (required by law) – an estimate of the remaining useful life of the items at your resorts, how much it will cost to replace them, how much is needed in reserves today, and how much must be added on an annual basis.

Instead of taking all these costs on yourself, this annual fee is shared with other owners and ensures your resorts are cared for — before, during, and after your stay.
