WorldMark® by Wyndham has established the VIP by WorldMark® Program (“VIP by WorldMark”) whereby an owner of WorldMark, The Club (“WorldMark owner”) who is a member of VIP by WorldMark (“VIP by WorldMark member”) can redeem certain WorldMark vacation credits (WorldMark vacation credits that are VIP by WorldMark qualified (“WMVIP credits”)) for vacation and travel opportunities outside of the WorldMark Program (“Benefits”). WorldMark by Wyndham has further established these VIP by WorldMark Program Rules (“Program Rules”), which may be amended from time to time, in connection with the use of the Benefits described in the Program Guide. Benefits are also subject to the separate terms and conditions of their individual providers and are subject to change from time to time.
The following WorldMark vacation credits are VIP by WorldMark Eligible (“WMVIP credits”): (i) WorldMark vacation credits owned before Nov. 5, 2006; (ii) WorldMark vacation credits acquired from WorldMark by Wyndham, or a subsidiary or affiliated company of WorldMark by Wyndham, on or after Nov. 5, 2006; (iii) WMVIP credits transferred from an immediate family member; and (iv) other types of credits issued by WorldMark by Wyndham, or a subsidiary or affiliate of WorldMark by Wyndham, as determined by WorldMark by Wyndham from time to time.
1. RCI® membership: VIP by WorldMark membership includes a membership in RCI. Each year, a VIP by WorldMark member may exchange WorldMark vacation credits for full-week or nightly stays at participating RCI-affiliated resorts. Annual membership in RCI is provided at no additional cost subject to the VIP by WorldMark member being in good standing. Exchanging through RCI requires specific exchange fees, and may include additional housekeeping fees and taxes. Exchanging through RCI-affiliated resorts is subject to RCI terms and conditions as established by RCI. Fees are subject to change without notice from RCI.
2. Affiliate Resorts and Hotels: Entitles a VIP by WorldMark member to redeem WMVIP credits for reservations at certain resorts affiliated with WorldMark by Wyndham. Reservations are subject to availability and are made available through The Exchange Network (“TEN”). VIP by WorldMark members will be subject to rules and guidelines of operation that may be applicable at each affiliated resort. The time period to make a reservation at an affiliate resort may vary. VIP by WorldMark members may only use WMVIP credits for reservations at affiliate resorts. VIP by WorldMark member is responsible for any resort fees and/or taxes payable in connection with an exchange to an affiliate resort. The cancellation provisions set forth below shall apply in connection with the cancellation of an affiliate resort reservation:
VIP by WorldMark members may cancel reservations at affiliate resorts without penalty by giving email, written or telephone notice, which must be received within the following time periods:

If canceled in less than the required number of days, the VIP by WorldMark member will be charged the applicable number of WMVIP credits. After check-in, there is no refund of the WMVIP credits in the event of an early checkout. Cancellations by telephone must be received by calling 800-457-0103 during business hours, Mon.-Fri., 6 a.m.-7 p.m. PT, or Sat.- Sun., 6 a.m.-5 p.m. PT. These hours are subject to change.
3. Complimentary Wi-Fi: VIP by WorldMark members are eligible to receive complimentary wireless internet access at more than 80 participating WorldMark-managed resorts. The number of complimentary concurrent devices depends on the following VIP by WorldMark tier levels:
- Bronze Members – 2 devices
- Silver Members– 4 devices
- Diamond Members – 6 devices
- Platinum Members – 8 devices
- Founders Members – 10 devices
Access for additional devices may be purchased for a nominal fee. Please see the ResortNet2 login screen for more information. This benefit will be available to VIP by WorldMark members approximately 10 business days from the date their VIP by WorldMark Membership Agreement is processed.
4. Wyndham Rewards® Conversion: VIP by WorldMark members can convert their current Anniversary year VIP eligible credits into Wyndham Rewards points. Credits must be converted more than 30 days prior to expiration. The maximum credits that may be converted depends on the following VIP by WorldMark tier levels:
- Bronze Members – up to 10,000 credits
- Silver Members – up to 20,000 credits
- Diamond Members – up to 30,00 credits
- Platinum Members – up to 40,000 credits
- Founders Members – up to 50,000 credits
5. Wyndham Rewards® Redemption: VIP by WorldMark members can use Wyndham Rewards points toward WorldMark dues and RCI exchange fees. Please visit wyndhamrewards.com or call 866-996-7937 for more information.
6. Vacation Sidekick: VIP by WorldMark Bronze and Silver members may renew an annual membership for Vacation Sidekick at a discounted price. Diamond, Platinum, and Founders owners may renew Vacation Sidekick each year, at no additional cost. Please refer to the WorldMark by Wyndham Vacation Sidekick Benefits Guide or visit vacationsidekickwbw.com for more information.
7. Enhanced FAX Time: Friends and eXtends (FAX) Time is a rental program made available by the developer that allows you to rent one-time use credits at a per-credit fee.
VIP by WorldMark Bronze, Silver, Diamond, Platinum, and Founders members are eligible to rent WorldMark units 13 months in advance for a maximum of 14 nights. Rental of vacation credits is subject to availability. A reservation must be made at the time vacation credits are rented. The rental fee is payable at the time of the reservation. Rental fees are determined by WorldMark by Wyndham and are subject to change. These fees may be found in the current VIP by WorldMark Fees sheet. Reservations may include weekend-only reservations, as defined in the WorldMark, The Club Guidelines, with the following active reservation limitations:
- Bronze Members – Limit of 4 active reservations
- Silver Members – Limit of 5 active reservations
- Diamond Members – Limit of 6 active reservations
- Platinum Members – Limit of 7 active reservations
- Founders Members – Limit of 8 active reservations
All WorldMark Guidelines apply.
VIP by WorldMark members may cancel reservations utilizing the rental of vacation credits without penalty by giving email, written or telephone notice, which must be received within the following time periods:

Cancellations made within the specified time periods will result in a refund of the rental fees paid. If cancellation occurs in less than the required number of days, there will be no refund of the rental fees paid. After check-in, there is no refund of rental fees in the event of an early checkout. Blackout dates at certain resorts may apply. This benefit is for VIP by WorldMark member’s use only and VIP by WorldMark member must be present at check-in. Applicable housekeeping fees are included with the vacation credits rented. Additionally, WorldMark by Wyndham reserves the right to limit the rental of vacation credits for specific accommodations based on demand and availability.
8. Personal Choice: Diamond members may redeem, every other anniversary year, a maximum of one (1) year’s allotment of WMVIP credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through WorldMark by Wyndham. Platinum and Founders members may redeem, every anniversary year, a maximum of one (1) year’s allotment of WMVIP credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through WorldMark by Wyndham. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific travel option.
9. VIP Exclusives & VIP Experiences: Bronze, Silver, Diamond, Platinum, and Founders members are eligible for last-minute deals and limited-time benefits and discounts provided by WorldMark by Wyndham’s partners. Offers are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to additional terms and conditions of the partner. Vacation and travel options may be arranged through third party providers. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes, and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific benefit or discount option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of offer.
10. Travel A la Carte: Bronze, Silver, Diamond, Platinum, and Founders members are eligible to redeem WMVIP credits for a variety of vacation and travel options that may be made available from time to time. All vacation and travel options are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to availability. Vacation and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Additional transaction fees, taxes, and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific vacation and travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific vacation or travel option. WMVIP credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
11. Complimentary housekeeping: Silver, Diamond, Platinum, and Founders members receive complimentary cleanings at the end of each stay at WorldMark accommodations when using their WMVIP credits for payment. The number of complimentary cleanings included depends on the following VIP by WorldMark tier levels:
- Silver Members – 1 complimentary cleaning service
- Diamond Members – 2 complimentary cleanings
- Platinum Members – Unlimited complimentary cleanings
- Founders Members – Unlimited complimentary cleanings
In the event non-WMVIP credits are used for an accommodation, a WorldMark housekeeping fee will be charged.
12. Complimentary Club Pass: Founders may redeem up to three (3) complimentary Club Pass exchange fee waivers per anniversary year.
13. Fun Time:This benefit is available only to Legacy VIP by WorldMark members. A Legacy VIP by WorldMark member is defined as a VIP by WorldMark member who was enrolled in the VIP by WorldMark program as of Jan. 23, 2012, and continues to be enrolled in the VIP by WorldMark program thereafter. Any Legacy VIP by WorldMark member whose VIP by WorldMark membership is canceled or terminated on or after Jan. 24, 2012, for any reason, and who subsequently enrolls in the VIP by WorldMark program will no longer be a Legacy VIP by WorldMark member and will not have Fun Time as a benefit of their VIP by WorldMark membership.
