What kind of information can I access on worldmarkbywyndham.com?

In addition to being able to browse your WorldMark resort portfolio and read up on the latest club news, you will find different vacation planning tools and tips, information about your ownership and Board of Directors, and much more.
Is the WorldMark website mobile-friendly?

Yes, although there is not an app currently available, the WorldMark website allows you to better plan vacations on the digital device of your choice — smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Why do I receive a message saying my browser is not supported when I try to access the website?

The WorldMark website has enhanced technology that isn’t compatible with Internet Explorer. We recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or other updated browsers to view the site.
I share my ownership with another person. Can each of us have our own login?

Yes, the website allows owners listed under the same owner number to have individual logins. Both users will be able to view all of the information on the account with individual dashboards for a more personalized experience.
Where can I view my financial information?

To view your financial information, log in to your dashboard and visit the Dues & loans tab. This is also where you can sign up for auto-pay or make a one-time payment through Paymentus.
Is there a waitlist for reservations that aren’t available?

Yes, you can submit a waitlist request if your preferred dates are currently unavailable. When viewing a resort’s monthly availability calendar, simply select the link that says “Join the Waitlist."
Where do I go to book RCI reservations or spacebank credits?

To book RCI reservations, log in to your dashboard and visit the RCI & exchanges tab. Tap “Explore RCI resorts” to link to your RCI subscribing member account and start searching. If you’d like to spacebank credits with RCI, call the Vacation Planning Center at 800-457-0103.
How can I tell how many suites are available per day at a specific resort?

Take a look at the resort’s monthly availability calendar. Once you’ve selected your suite type, the calendar will update to show you available dates for the selected suite type, and is color-coded to indicate whether there are less than three suites available, four to seven suites available, or more than eight suites available.
How do I know if a date is available for Bonus Time?

On the Explore resorts page, tap the search bar labeled “Select Dates.” You’ll see a calendar with dots highlighting any dates that are eligible for Bonus Time or Exotic Bonus Time check-in. If the resort you choose has availability, the Bonus Time/Exotic Bonus Time payment option will be present when booking.
