

VacationShare is an online platform that offers you the option to rent out your unused vacation time. If you’ve got a vacation booked that you can’t use, you can list that vacation for rental through VacationShare. VacationShare will handle the marketing, booking, and payment for your reservation, making it easier than ever to rent out your unused vacation time.
For more information on how to register for and use the VacationShare platform, just follow these simple steps.
1. Navigate to the VacationShare portal and click the “Get Started” button to start your registration.
2. Fill out the registration form with your email address and preferred password, and then accept the terms & conditions to continue.
3. On the next page, fill out your name, member number, and club, and then click the “Submit Registration” button to finalize your VacationShare account creation.
4. The status of your new VacationShare account will be listed as “Pending Review” so that your details can be verified for accuracy. This verification may take 72 business hours to complete, at which point your VacationShare account will be activated.
5. You’ll receive an email from VacationShare to let you know when your account is ready for use.
1. Visit VacationShare.com and log in with your credentials.
2. On the Dashboard page, locate the Blackout Calendar on the right side. Check if your reservation dates are listed. If your dates are listed, the reservation cannot be submitted due to blackout restrictions. If your dates are not listed, proceed to the next step.
3. On the Dashboard page, click the purple Create Listing button in the top-right corner.
4. On the Create Listing page, choose the plan that best fits your needs: Broadshare Plan (A 70/30 revenue split where you retain 70%, and VacationShare retains 30%. Your listing will be included in rental inventory with Extra Holidays) or MaxShare Plan (A 60/40 revenue split where you retain 60%, and VacationShare retains 40%. Your listing will be included in rental inventory with Extra Holidays and VacationShare’s extended distribution channels and partner networks). Click the purple Continue button at the bottom right to proceed.
5. On the Listing Details page, provide information about your reservation. Ensure you have a confirmed reservation on your club account; otherwise, you cannot complete this step. Complete the following fields: Confirmation Number, Property Name, Unit Type, Ownership Type, Room Availability
6. On the Nightly Rate screen, review the availability calendar. The calendar displays suggested rates for your listing based on current demand. These rates are dynamic and subject to change due to market conditions.
7. On the Contract Signature page, complete the necessary fields in the VacationShare Listing Time Agreement. Ensure you copy and paste the email address provided at the top of the page; failure to do so may prevent the contract from being submitted. Sign the contract to finalize this step.
8. Once the agreement is finalized, a confirmation pop-up window will appear, indicating that your submission was successful.
1. From your VacationShare account dashboard, click the “My Listings” link on the top left side of the page to view your current listings.
2. Select the listing you wish to cancel, and then click the “Request to Cancel” button to initiate the cancellation. Click “OK” when prompted.
3. Your listing cancellation request will be sent to VacationShare for review. You’ll receive an email within 72 business hours letting you know if your request to cancel was approved. Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed. VacationShare will assess all relevant criteria before approving or denying a cancellation.
1. From your VacationShare account dashboard, click the “My Listings” link on the top left side of the page to view your current listings.
2. Select the listing you wish to archive, and then click the “Archive” button. Click “OK” when prompted.
3. Once complete, your archived listing will now appear in the Archive folder on the left side of the screen.

3. Once complete, your duplicate listing will now appear in the listings on your VacationShare dashboard.
