  • How to create a listing in VacationShare.

    1. Visit VacationShare.com and log in with your credentials.

    2. On the Dashboard page, locate the Blackout Calendar on the right side. Check if your reservation dates are listed. If your dates are listed, the reservation cannot be submitted due to blackout restrictions. If your dates are not listed, proceed to the next step.

    3. On the Dashboard page, click the purple Create Listing button in the top-right corner.

    4. On the Create Listing page, choose the plan that best fits your needs: Broadshare Plan (A 70/30 revenue split where you retain 70%, and VacationShare retains 30%. Your listing will be included in rental inventory with Extra Holidays) or MaxShare Plan (A 60/40 revenue split where you retain 60%, and VacationShare retains 40%. Your listing will be included in rental inventory with Extra Holidays and VacationShare’s extended distribution channels and partner networks). Click the purple Continue button at the bottom right to proceed.

    5. On the Listing Details page, provide information about your reservation. Ensure you have a confirmed reservation on your club account; otherwise, you cannot complete this step. Complete the following fields: Confirmation Number, Property Name, Unit Type, Ownership Type, Room Availability

    6. On the Nightly Rate screen, review the availability calendar. The calendar displays suggested rates for your listing based on current demand. These rates are dynamic and subject to change due to market conditions.

    7. On the Contract Signature page, complete the necessary fields in the VacationShare Listing Time Agreement. Ensure you copy and paste the email address provided at the top of the page; failure to do so may prevent the contract from being submitted. Sign the contract to finalize this step.

    8. Once the agreement is finalized, a confirmation pop-up window will appear, indicating that your submission was successful.
