Requesting a change of ownership can be completed by clicking on the links below. Any supporting documents can be uploaded at the time of submission. The requests will be routed to the Title Services Department. 

• Adding or Relinquishing a co-owner
• Combining an ownership
• Request to reference a trust or company name
• Removing a name due to death
• Removing a name due to divorce
• Splitting an ownership with a new owner
• Splitting an ownership with an existing owner
• Transferring to a new party
• Update legal name due to marriage or divorce
• WBW - General Name Change -  Updating legal name(s) due to a divorce, marriage or court order
• WBW - General Primary Owner Name Swap - For paid in full accounts only: Swapping the primary with secondary or vise versa
• WBW - General Add Remove Individual - Adding or Relinquishing a co-owner. (Example: removing a name due to death or divorce)
• WBW - General Add Remove Business Trust - Adding or Removing a Business or Trust
• WBW - General Transfer - Complete transfer to a new party
• WBW - General Combine - Combining an ownership
• WBW - General Split - Splitting an ownership with a new owner or an existing owner

Once the request has been received and reviewed,  if any additional information is required, you will be contacted by the ownership change team. Once your request is completed, you will receive a confirmation letter.
