A WorldMark ownership transfer makes it possible for you to sell or make changes to your ownership. Discover how to complete an ownership transfer with WorldMark.

Get information on ownership transfers.

Requesting a change of ownership can be completed by submitting a written request to the Title Services Department. This request must include the full name(s), address, telephone numbers and birthdate of purchaser(s), and transferee(s). The process for ownership transfers can be requested for the following reasons:

  • Adding or Relinquishing a co-owner
  • Combining an ownership
  • Request to reference a trust or company name
  • Removing a name due to death
  • Removing a name due to divorce
  • Splitting an ownership with a new owner
  • Splitting an ownership with an existing owner
  • Transferring to a new party
  • Update legal name due to marriage or divorce

Once the written request is received, Title Services will send the necessary documents and respond by mail or email, with detailed instructions on how to complete. These documents will need to be signed and notarized in a timely manner.
