With RCI Instant Exchange, 4,000 vacation credits are all it takes to confirm a full-week exchange regardless of location, season, or unit size when you make a reservation within 45 days of check-in. Availability on Instant Exchanges is limited and is most successful when you are flexible about where or when you can travel.
To confirm a reservation at an RCI-affiliated resort, you must first be a member of RCI. You can search availability and confirm reservations by logging into your owner website and clicking RCI Exchange, or by contacting an RCI Guide by phone. You can call the WorldMark/RCI Service Line at 800-585-4833. VIP by WorldMark members may call the WorldMark/RCI Service Line 888-724-0667.
Once you have booked a reservation, within two business days, 4,000 vacation credits and a housekeeping service will be deducted from your WorldMark account. If a housekeeping service is not available, a housekeeping fee will be assessed. Reservations booked through RCI that exceed your available credit balance will utilize affiliate rental to complete the reservation. Exchange fees apply to each reservation confirmed with RCI. Please note: Taxes and housekeeping fees (in addition to the WorldMark housekeeping fee) may be charged by the RCI-affiliated resort and collected upon check-in.
You can book as many Instant Exchanges as your vacation credits allow.
WorldMark owners may book an Instant Exchange at any RCI-affiliated resort, subject to availability.
When you confirm an RCI exchange, an equivalent WorldMark suite is assigned into the RCI system. This WorldMark suite will require cleaning when the RCI guest checks out. In some instances, the RCI-affiliated unit you are confirmed into will have already had its housekeeping fee prepaid by its owner. If not, you will be asked to pay a housekeeping fee upon check-in.
Note: A WorldMark housekeeping fee must be paid if you have already used your free WorldMark housekeeping credits and an invoice will be mailed to your address of record.
Online cancellations are currently not available. To cancel an RCI reservation, call your RCI WorldMark Line at 1-888-724-0667 during normal business hours.
