What are housekeeping services?

All of your WorldMark reservations include a housekeeping service, to ensure your suite is clean before you arrive and after you leave. While maintenance fees are used for the upkeep of all WorldMark resorts, housekeeping services cover the cost of cleaning the actual suite you stayed in and vary based on the size of the suite. It's important that each suite is returned to a comfortable, clean, and fresh condition for the next owner.

How many housekeeping services do I get?

One complimentary housekeeping service is included for every 10,000 credits owned. These renew annually and are awarded with your credits on your anniversary. Any unused housekeeping services will expire after two years on the last day of the month. Your free housekeeping service(s) will automatically be applied to the first resort reservation booked. After all of your free housekeeping service(s) are used, a housekeeping fee will be collected at the time of booking. Be sure to view the current rates and fees for the most up-to-date Housekeeping fee. In the case of cancellation, fees are fully refundable.
