If your check-in or checkout time differs, it will be noted on your confirmation.
If the reservation is for a guest, or if you are travelling with a guest who may arrive before you, add their name to the reservation to allow them to check in without you.
Any guests checking into a reservation will be asked to authorize a minimum of $250 security deposit using a credit or debit card. If no damages are found, the hold will be released.
All WorldMark-managed resorts assign suites on the day of check-in using the Best Fit Policy. This policy helps optimize available suites while giving priority suite assignment to reservations booked furthest in advance.
Although priority is given to reservations booked furthest in advance, suite assignment is limited to availability on the day of check-in.

Unfortunately, WorldMark resort staff members are not able to modify reservations on site. In order to extend, shorten, or modify your reservation after you’ve checked in, please call the Vacation Planning Center at 800-457-0103.
