Checking into your WorldMark resort.

  • Check-in time at most WorldMark-managed resorts is 4 p.m.
  • Please present your photo identification and confirmation letter to expedite the check-in process.

Checking out of your WorldMark resort.

  • Checkout time is 10 a.m.
  • It is important to honor the checkout time to allow the housekeeping staff time to clean and prepare suites for arriving owners.

If your check-in or checkout time differs, it will be noted on your confirmation.

What if my guest is checking in?

If the reservation is for a guest, or if you are travelling with a guest who may arrive before you, add their name to the reservation to allow them to check in without you.

Any guests checking into a reservation will be asked to authorize a $100 security deposit using a credit or debit card. The security deposit will be used in the event that any on-site charges or damages to the suite occur. If no damages are found, the hold will be released.

Understanding my suite assignment.

All WorldMark-managed resorts assign suites on the day of check-in using the Best Fit Policy. This policy helps optimize available suites while giving priority suite assignment to reservations booked furthest in advance.

Although priority is given to reservations booked furthest in advance, suite assignment is limited to availability on the day of check-in.

Pro-tips:

  • Book your reservation with a Saturday or Sunday check-in to increase the likelihood of a more desirable suite assignment. Most arrivals and departures occur on a Saturday or Sunday, so there are typically more available suites on these days.
  • Arriving midweek, no matter how far in advance the reservation was booked, may limit the number of more desirable suites available.

Modifying your stay after check-in.

Unfortunately, WorldMark resort staff members are not able to modify reservations on site. In order to extend, shorten, or modify your reservation after you’ve checked in, please call the Vacation Planning Center at 800-457-0103.
