  • Fractional

Suites with this designation are specific suites available for specific weeks. Fractional suites can be owned by individual owners or by WorldMark, The Club, and may be defined by day-of-the-week references in the suite name. For example, if a two-bedroom Friday suite is available, travel for that suite must fall between Friday and Friday.

  • Less Desirable Location (LDL)

Suites with this designation are of the same high quality as any other WorldMark suite. However, the location or setting may be less desirable than other suites. For example, a suite's window may be located in a stairwell, affecting lighting, or near a maintenance facility with higher traffic and noise.
