Bundling up: West Coast wonders.

You yearn for luxury as you leave home for your WorldMark vacation, hoping for a spell of wellness action too. The goal: a total refresh. At these West Coast destinations, you’ll find delightful ways to nurture your weary body and provide your inner royalty with pampering extras.

Here are three curated ideas for the ultimate in well-balanced bundling. #chillax

Gourmet Dinner & Red Rock Hike

St. George, Utah

Red sandstone desert cliffs surround sun-drenched St. George, an artsy destination rich with natural wonders and manmade luxury. You’ll be happily engaged with WorldMark Estancia’s on-site entertainment, horseback riding, and freeform pool, yet seek out one spectacular dinner.

Painted Pony embraces Southwestern flavors. Chef-designed suppers spin local goods into gourmet grandeur. Your pork chop might be plated with a walnut- and blue cheese-stuffed pear, your bison with a blackberry sauce. Enhance any meal with chipotle bread pudding. Doting service, rustic woods and soft lighting add charm.

You’ll be near three national parks, yet the city abuts Snow Canyon State Park, meaning short drives reap hikes gorgeous enough to trim away all tension — 38 miles of trails. Orange hues, towering mountains, and fascinating rock formations are the norm. If you’re with the family, take them right through the red rocks of Jenny’s Canyon Trail, a half-mile round-trip. For a fitter troupe, it’ll take about five miles on foot to spot a variety of petroglyphs, about the same time round-trip to peruse ancient lava tubes on the Lava Flow Trail.

Wine Tasting & Bike Ride

Napa & Sonoma Valleys, California

You can visit countless tasting rooms among Napa Valley’s 400 wineries, so you’ll be in vino nirvana if grape greatness is your jam. They’re all in a 30-mile radius, with WorldMark Windsor in the ‘hood. You might as well spoil yourself with the most lavish options. Reserve your spot at Quintessa, where the splurgiest of four fee-based experiences spans barrel tastings, new vintages, and classic ones. Pair your wine with food samplings while you’re at The Prisoner. Choose from classic American bites or dim sum specialties with your wines.

Cycling among the vineyards — with mountain backdrops — will uptick your spirits in a whole other way. Rent, take a tour, or bring your own. You can even lease an e-bike. Whatever your gear, hit the road for three miles or 50. Choose a half-day or full-day Sonoma Wine Country bike tour with stops in famous wineries and Russian River breweries, and tastings at local olive oil and cheese producers. Bring your purchases to a picture-perfect hillside overlooking the vines for a sunny afternoon picnic.

Spa Treatments & Red Rocks

Sedona, Arizona

Sedona’s red-rock backdrop is so stunning that you could sit on your Club Wyndham Sedona front porch all day and be happy. Yet local spas integrate Southwestern bounty into their treatments, so block off some time for a once-in-a-lifetime desert-inspired body treatment — maybe surrounded by nature or followed by a full-moon event. Sedona unapologetically embraces the woo-woo — dive in and choose an energy-healing treatment instead. Singing bowls or drum reiki might be involved.

Those red rocks will be waiting when you’re done, and you can enjoy them in so many ways beyond gazing. You’ll see the most while driving leisurely from site to site amid national forest — nearly 2 million acres of it. To up the wellness factor, paddle around the stones, ride a jeep around some, head off-road in an ATV, or hop onto an e-bike. To immerse yourself, visit a “vortex” such a Cathedral Rock, where the natural earth’s energy is said to be healing. Or merely glance at the view now and then while hopping among boutiques.

Vacation is what you make it, and bundling lets you curate a winner: one indulgence, one wellness outing, and, flanking them, comfortable downtime in your home-like suite complete with full resort amenities.
