    • Credit card signature authorizations are not accepted at Club Wyndham South Pacific locations. If you plan to use a credit card at these locations, please contact your credit card provider prior to traveling to set up your personal identification number (PIN) for payment authorizations.
    • Parking is available on-site.
    • Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, please wear shoes in the pool area, and refer to posted signage for more information.
    • PLEASE READ: Effective Monday, July 12, 2021, all owners/guests checking into Club Wyndham South Pacific properties must present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver's license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation and credit card on file. Guest name must be added to the reservation at time of booking or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. 
    • There is no longer a business center or waiting room available at this property. 
    • Please be advised that the resort staff will try their best to accomodate room requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed. If you request a room change during your stay, a room cleaning fee will be applied. 
    • Effective April 1, 2022, the Fijian Government has removed the Environment & Climate Adaptation Levy (ECAL) & Service Turnover Tax (STT). 
    • Resort is a three-story walk-up with limited lift access. Ground floor rooms can be requested, but not guaranteed. Lift access is only available to all 2-bedroom Deluxe Garden View and 3-Bedroom Deluxe apartments. 
    • Long term luggage storage is no longer available at this property. Please ensure that you make arrangements for luggage storage if you're leaving between stays or away on an excursion. Storage can only be arranged while you are waiting for your room to be ready, in between room moves, or other short periods of time.
    • Passport is required. U.S. flights arrive at 5 a.m. and depart at 10 p.m. It is suggested you book a suite the night before arrival and the night of departure. 
    • Due to Fiji facing freight and supply chain issues, please be aware that there may be certain items that have increased in price or substituted for other products.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
