Accessibility: The property is situated on the side of a hill; walking up/downhill and up/downstairs will be required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Two elevators service the property; however, elevator access is unavailable in some parts of the resort, including access to two pools, spa, fitness centre) and kids-zone, which are only accessible via stairs. All units have stairs leading to them: 1 Bed Grand, 1 Bedroom Grand Pool Suite, Dlx Hotel Queen & 3 Bed Dlx units are on first floors (upstairs), Dlx Hotel Twin and 2 Bedroom Grand Pool Suites are on ground floor, 2 Bed Dlx are on ground & first floor (ground floor can be requested but not guaranteed). All units have stairs leading to them and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Laundry Service: The Resort offers a Dry Cleaning/Laundry Service as there are no laundry facilities in apartments or on-site. Charges apply for this service, which are payable directly to the Resort. Please check with the friendly Reception staff if you require assistance during your stay. Transportation advisories
Shuttle Bus: Club Wyndham Sea Pearl will have its shuttle bus to service between the hotel and Big C Extra Jungceylon Patong for Club Owners. We recommend pre-booking to secure your seat. Please see here for the schedule and details.
Shuttle services: A complimentary shuttle service runs hourly from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Please book with our team member at the lobby or text the owner service via WhatsApp at +66812453936.
Service Route: From Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket to Big C Extra Jungceylon and return.
Group Service: A minivan (Local Taxi) is available for groups, charged per van at approximately THB 400 one way. Payment should be made directly to the driver.

Airport Transfers: Transfers can be arranged through the resort for a fee, payable directly at the resort. Flight details must be confirmed with the hotel 48 hours before pickup.

Cash Deposit: A cash security deposit of THB 4,000 is recommended, as refunds for credit card imprints take 14 days.
Owner Events: The resort holds Owner events throughout the year. Please speak with your resort reception team for event times when checking in.
