    • As you leave customs at the airport, you may receive ride offers. It is recommended that you make your own ground transportation arrangements at least two weeks in advance of travel. Book a shuttle with Translife Cabo or contact WorldMark by Wyndham Travel Department at 1-800-953-5511 for information on car rentals and airport shuttles.
    • Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
    • There is no swimming at the resort beach due to a dangerous undertow. There are several swimming beaches within a 20-mile radius of the resort.
    • Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
    • Pool and hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
