What changed:

  • The Post-Stay Survey was shortened by over 50% to make it quicker and easier to complete.
  • The email invitation is now coming from the resort rather than a generic research label. For example, you may see WorldMark Depoe Bay instead of WorldMark Research. Please look for your Post-Stay Survey invite in all of your email folders and/or inbox categories.
