What changed:

  • The Post-Stay Survey was shortened by over 50% to make it quicker and easier to complete.
  • The email invitation is now coming from the resort rather than a generic research label. For example, you may see WorldMark Depoe Bay instead of WorldMark Research.
  • You’ll receive your survey invitation via text message if you have a valid phone number on file. These texts are legitimate survey invitations, not spam, and you must click the link to begin the survey rather than replying directly to the message. If no mobile number is available, then the survey will continue to be sent by email. Please look for your Post-Stay Survey invite in all of your email folders and/or inbox categories.
