Oct - Dec

WorldMark Bass Lake – Renovation highlights include soft updates across 61 rooms and refreshed common areas, featuring full interior paint, HVAC and toilet replacements, new dishwashers, full carpet replacement, updated lounge chairs, and a Phase I BBQ grill upgrade.

WorldMark Seaside – Exterior and common-area enhancements include a full renovation of the lobby and pool baths, a new lobby fireplace, updated flooring in the lobby and corridors, improved corridor lighting, fresh exterior paint for the building and parking garage, and a full roof replacement.

WorldMark Angels Camp – 156 renovated suites feature new carpeting, window treatments, upholstered seating, new paint, upgraded TVs, modern cabinetry and fixtures in both kitchens and bathrooms, and all-new bed frames and mattresses.
July - Sep

WorldMark McCall – New windows and exterior paint on all buildings.

WorldMark South Shore – A complete exterior renovation including new siding, gutter replacement, exterior paint, window replacement, new sliding doors and new patio doors for all buildings.

WorldMark Inn at the Park – All new furniture, artwork, window coverings, kitchen tile, appliances, bathroom mirrors, carpet, and paint.

WorldMark Anaheim : 220 suites received a soft renovation including new carpeting, updated seating, drapery and refreshed paint.
