    • San Diego has decided to close 5th Ave to vehicle traffic from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. During the morning hours, after 3:00 a.m., valet will operate as usual in front of the resort. From 12:00 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily, the valet zone will be located around the corner at 520 E St. (in front of Gaslamp Plaza Suites). Bell Service will be provided from the valet zone to the resort. The front desk is available 24 hours and can be reached at 619-564-3500 for further assistance.

    • This is a non-smoking resort.
    • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
    • On-site valet parking is available for $40 per night, with in and out privileges. Please note that vehicles with a handicap plaque are subject to regular valet fees.
    • Self-parking is limited to off-site parking garages, city lots and street parking.
    • We are unable to provide parking for recreational vehicles, boats or trailers on property.
    • All suites are studios except for one 1-bedroom suite.
    • A balcony is not available in all studio suites.
    • Noise from the surrounding entertainment district is common.
    • Limited on-site activities program.
    • San Diego Trolley provides access to many surrounding attractions.
