    • There resort will be undergoing an exterior project from Sep. 9, 2024 through Nov. 27, 2024. During this time, there will be limited to no access to the resort balconies. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odor work crew onsite during 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dates are subject to change.

    • Some Florida roads require a toll paid by coin, cash and/or toll by plate.
    • Choose from covered valet or self parking.
    • The resort can accommodate one vehicle per reservation in the parking garage for self-parking. Vehicles must be shorter than 7’2”. Vehicles that exceed the maximum garage height must park off-site at the owners’ expense.
    • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
    • Owners receive one complimentary parking space (self-parking). Any additional owner or guest vehicles can self-park for $20 per night. Parking spaces are limited, and overages will have to use valet parking for $35 per night (plus tax).
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
