It’s located on International Drive, so you're minutes away from Orlando’s theme parks, water parks, dinner theaters, shopping centers, and golf courses. While you’re on property, though, you'll swear you're in Key West, with Old Florida charm inside and out.

As of Jan. 1, 2025 the Kingston Reef Resort will become cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit car for any transactions made at the site.
Effective January 1st, 2025, all packages received will incur a $5 per package acceptance fee.

This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. There is also a limited number of electric vehicle charging stations available on property. Please contact the front desk for additional details.
Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-11 p.m. The pool is heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
