The resort's front desk is open Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Sunday 6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Guests checking in after hours will have directions on the front desk door to contact security for assistance.

Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax, payable at check-out.
