    • Resort Management Group check-in address is at 475 Broad Creek Road New Bern, Front Desk hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday & Sunday.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
    • Reservations booked in the VRI association should check-in at 1141 Broad Creek Road, New Bern. Front Desk hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday - Sunday. For after-hours check-in, call 252-633-1071.
