    • Limited ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Please call the Vacation Planning Center for details.
    • The front desk hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Please note that due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in chalet suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
    • This resort is a shared-use property. Other associations may allow for different rules. Please follow all guidelines outlined for your club.
    • Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
    • Pool and hot tub hours are 6:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
    • The area experiences a high volume of midges (harmless bugs) by the billions from June-Sept.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
