The resort will be undergoing major construction in the surrounding area beginning October 2024 and is slated to be completed by the end of 2025. This update is separate from the renovation project taking place January - March, 2025. The company completing the construction will be clearing lands, installing roads and installing utilities before starting construction on the project. Additionally, cottages will be impacted, noise dust, detours and work crew onsite may be experienced.
The resort will undergo a soft renovation project from Jan 9, 2025 - Mar 14, 2025. During this time, the resort will not be available for reservations. Dates are subject to change.
The Dye Villas Golf Course will be hosting tournaments during the below dates and will be unavailable to book. Dates are subject to change. Please contact the resort for more information.

All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
