    • Most Club Wyndham resorts have a minimum check-in age of 21, check-in requirements may vary. Please be sure to verify with your specific resort when booking.  
    • Motorcycles, campers, trailers, mobiles homes, rental golf and recreational vehicles are not allowed on property.
    • Amenities (including but not limited to the fitness center and the pool) are not owned nor managed by the Wyndham Destinations.
    • Front desk guest services will be available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET.
    • For after-hours check-in you must contact the resort prior to arrival for code access. 
    • Fireplaces are seasonal only. 
    • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
