    • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
    • Oversized parking is limited. The resort cannot always accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
    • Pool hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. The pool is heated and open year round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
    • Starbucks drinks and a served breakfast are available for an additional cost at the resort.
    • There are three grill stations around the property. Grill kits are available to borrow from the front desk. 
    • A mountain bike wash station is available for use at the property.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
