Guests traveling to WorldMark Lake Chelan Shores will check in and check out at the WorldMark Lake House resort. Contact information can be found on the WorldMark Lake House resort page.
Front desk hours are 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. (Midnight).
Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor seasonal pools are closed October-Memorial Day annually. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
