  • Resort alerts
    • The resort will be refurbishing elevator interiors March 15-19, 2027. One elevator will be available at a time while the work is being completed. During this time, noise, dust, odors and work crews may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
    • The Resort will be undergoing an interior and exterior renovation from Jun. 15, 2026, to Nov. 1, 2026.  This project will result in portions of the parking lot being unavailable for staging, as well as half the unit inventory and half the common areas. One elevator will be dedicated to the project. During this time, noise, dust, odors, and work crews may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

    • Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
    • Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
    • Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
    • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
