The owner rental program gives you additional flexibility in how you choose to use your WorldMark ownership. Now, if you ever decide not to travel or you have expiring vacation credits, you can look to Extra Holidays to list your unused vacation time for rental.
Once you have booked your reservation, Extra Holidays must receive your signed Listing Agreement at least seven days before check-in to allow processing time. Follow the instructions on the form to return it. Once the signed contract is processed, you will receive an Approval or Rejection email. The best part is there are no upfront fees. Once the reservation is accepted to the program and is successfully rented, you will receive your proceeds within 45 days after the reservation checkout date.
To get started or if you have any questions, please call 866-438-4877 Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT (9 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET).

If you want to take back your reservation, please call Extra Holidays first to check the status of your reservation. If a reservation has yet to be rented, you may take it out of the owner rental program and travel on it anytime.
No, it is not guaranteed that your reservation will be rented or that you will receive payment. However, you can significantly increase the chances of your reservation being rented by: (1) Getting your reservation in the program early. (2) Considering the popularity of the location and choosing one renters would be excited about. And (3) consider the time of year. A resort may be more popular during particular seasons, holidays, and special events
If your reservation is rented, you will receive 60% of the net proceeds and Extra Holidays will retain 40% of the net proceeds as its commission. You will receive payment based on the nights, if any, that are actually rented. Learn more.
