When you purchase your WorldMark ownership, you may choose to finance it. You’ll make payments through Wyndham Consumer Finance who will manage your account. When your contract is paid in full, you'll no longer make payments and your ownership will be owned entirely by you.

Just like your home, there are costs involved in maintaining your WorldMark ownership. Instead of taking on these costs by yourself, this annual fee is shared with other owners.
