WorldMark, The Club

WorldMark, The Club was established in 1989 to maintain and manage the properties where owners make vacation memories. Get more info on WorldMark, The Club — including the club's operations and the relationship with the developer.

WorldMark, The Club is governed by a variety of legal documents established when the club was founded in 1989. These documents are commonly referred to as the governing documents.

Credit values and seasons.

Credits are required for staying in each WorldMark suite on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis. A schedule of the seasons is assigned to each suite.

Each resort's seasons depend on demand. Credit values are assigned to suites based on size, seasonality, and demand by Wyndham when registered into WorldMark and cannot change.
